The Library functions on an open access system for faculty members and students, while restricted access is provided wherever applicable.
Students may borrow 1 book at a time for a period of 5 days.
If a student wishes to retain a book for more than the specified period, it may be reissued to him/her provided that the book is not required by another student.
Students failing to return books on time will be charged a late fee of ₹5 per book per day.
Absence from the College on any ground will not be accepted as a reason for delay in returning books.
If a student loses a book, the book should either be replaced or the student should pay the cost of the book if it is unavailable or out of print.
Reference Books / Reference Copies will not be issued for home use.
Journals and Periodicals will not be issued. They are available for reference only.
